電著塗裝的應用
電著塗裝為表面處理的一種，簡單講就是通電讓塗料均勻的附著於金屬表面，形成如烤漆一般的漆膜。學理上來說，亦即被塗物浸於水性塗料中，被塗物與電極間附與電流，由於電氣作用使塗料沈澱於被塗物而形成均勻、非水溶性之塗膜，且具有一定的防鏽效果，稱為電著塗裝(ED)。
Electric painting is a kind of surface treatment. Simply put, it is energized to make the paint evenly adhere to the metal surface to form a paint film like baking paint. Theoretically speaking, that is, the coated object is immersed in the water-based paint, and the current is attached between the coated object and the electrode. Due to the electrical effect, the coating precipitates on the coated object to form a uniform, non-water-soluble coating film, and has a certain degree of The anti-rust effect is called electric painting (ED).
